Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where available).

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Where available, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work with trusted delivery partners, occasional delays can happen.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in locating your parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.
